Managing day-to-day scheduling in a way that keeps the executive organised, productive, and focused on high-impact priorities, often making calls on competing priorities without needing to ask.

Coordinating meetings

Coordinating internal and external meetings including team meetings, all-hands, off-sites, one-on-ones, customer meetings, and cross-functional sessions across time zones.
✈️

Booking travel

Booking appropriate domestic and international travel within Salesforce's travel policy, managing visas, costs, and documentation.

Key criteria

📅

5+ years administrative experience

Demonstrated experience in administrative roles within global organizations.

Proven ability to coordinate across multiple APAC time zones.
