You'll be responsible for

Managing scheduling
Managing day-to-day scheduling in a way that keeps the executive organised, productive, and focused on high-impact priorities, often making calls on competing priorities without needing to ask.🗓️
Coordinating meetings
Coordinating internal and external meetings including team meetings, all-hands, off-sites, one-on-ones, customer meetings, and cross-functional sessions across time zones.✈️
Booking travel
Booking appropriate domestic and international travel within Salesforce's travel policy, managing visas, costs, and documentation.Key criteria

5+ years administrative experience
Demonstrated experience in administrative roles within global organizations.View
