Managing tenant facilities
Management of comprehensive Tenant facility and services management for Services Australia for related services in the allocated WoAG package.🤝
Building stakeholder relationships
Serve as primary point of contact for Services Australia, building effective stakeholder relationships and ensuring client expectations are consistently met through proactive engagement and regular communication.✅
Ensuring compliance
Ensure compliance with statutory fire, health and safety regulations through vendor oversight while maintaining JLL work order management system within designated SLAs and KPIs.Key criteria
