Lead planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and facilities operations across multiple precincts to ensure seamless functionality.

Managing contractors

Manage facilities contractors and service providers to ensure performance, safety and compliance standards are met, fostering a culture of excellence.

Overseeing maintenance workflows

Oversee maintenance workflows, work orders and operational coordination with onsite Helpdesk teams to maintain efficiency and responsiveness.

7–10+ years in facilities management

Extensive experience managing facilities across complex environments.
