Translating business needs into clear functional Salesforce designs by partnering with stakeholders, leading workshops, and documenting user stories.

Configuring Salesforce

Configuring and administering Salesforce (objects, flows, security, profiles, permissions) to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions aligned to standards.
🚀

Supporting end-to-end delivery

Supporting end-to-end delivery from requirements through deployment and post-go-live optimisation, including testing, release, and change management.
