You'll be responsible for

Developing geotechnical strategy
Develop and implement the site geotechnical strategy aligned with mining and operational plans.đïž
Monitoring slope stability
Design and monitor pit slopes, waste dumps, and other geotechnical structures.đ
Providing operational support
Work closely with Mining and Geology teams to optimise ore recovery while maintaining safe slope design.Key criteria

Tertiary qualification in geotechnical engineering
Possession of a relevant degree in geotechnical or mining engineering.View

8-10+ years in open pit geotechnical engineering
Extensive experience in geotechnical engineering within open pit mining.View
