You'll be responsible for

Providing technical leadership
Provide technical leadership and specialist advice on geotechnical design and analysis for infrastructure projects, including rail, roads, utilities, retaining structures and earthworks.📋
Managing geotechnical scopes
Manage and oversee geotechnical scopes from proposal through delivery, including design assurance/verification, internal reviews and coordination of inputs so deliverables meet client, statutory and project requirements.🤝
Coaching and mentoring
Coach and mentor engineers and graduates, providing technical direction, review feedback and supporting capability development across the team.Key criteria

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
