You'll be responsible for

Providing technical leadership

Provide technical leadership and specialist advice on geotechnical design and analysis for infrastructure projects, including rail, roads, utilities, retaining structures and earthworks.

Managing geotechnical scopes

Manage and oversee geotechnical scopes from proposal through delivery, including design assurance/verification, internal reviews and coordination of inputs so deliverables meet client, statutory and project requirements.
🤝

Coaching and mentoring

Coach and mentor engineers and graduates, providing technical direction, review feedback and supporting capability development across the team.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Essential educational background for geotechnical engineering expertise.
