You'll be responsible for

Supporting governance committees
You will support key corporate and academic governance committees, including the Board of Trustees’ standing committees and Academic Senate.📑
Preparing meeting materials
You will prepare agendas, papers, and minutes, coordinate meeting schedules, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.⚖️
Managing governance processes
You will manage complex governance processes including student progression and appeals, subpoena requests, and University elections.Key criteria

Governance qualification or equivalent experience
Recognised qualification or extensive experience in governance matters.View
