You'll be responsible for

Supporting risk governance practices

Primary support for the Risk Governance Manager in maturing risk governance practices within ASX’s Risk Division and across the ASX.

Maintaining Forward Agendas

Set up and maintain the Forward Agendas for the relevant committees and Risk Division reporting requirements.
📝

Preparing agendas and minutes

Agenda and pack preparation, including the collation of clear, well written minutes for Executive, Board and Regulator audiences.

Experience in risk governance roles

Demonstrated experience in company secretariat or risk governance settings.
