An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated and innovative individual to temporarily join the Property Services Unit as a Senior Infrastructure Services Officer. This role is crucial in identifying, assessing, and acquiring strategic land parcels to meet the growing education demand, including the development of new schools and the expansion of existing ones. The team thrives on collaboration, engaging with various stakeholders to support the education needs of growing communities.

You'll be responsible for

Undertaking consultation

Undertake consultation with private developers and landowners to acquire land strategically for future schooling needs.

Developing relationships

Develop and sustain productive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholder groups.

Conducting due diligence

Undertake detailed due diligence and stakeholder engagement to identify and de-risk priority sites.

5+ years of experience in property services or town planning.
