As a Senior Rail Infrastructure Specialist - Signalling, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the safe and reliable operation of V/Line’s signalling infrastructure. Your expertise will not only guide frontline teams but also contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance standards. You'll be responsible for

⚙️

Supporting complex fault diagnosis

Guide supervisors and technicians in the field to resolve issues with active signalling systems.
👩‍🏫

Mentoring signalling supervisors/technicians

Upskill team members and set standards to embed best practices in maintenance.

Overseeing commissioning & integration

Ensure new or renewed assets are smoothly integrated into live operations.

Key criteria

🎓

Diploma or degree in engineering

Possession of a Diploma of Railway Signalling or Bachelor of Engineering.

Significant experience in signalling maintenance and operations.
