The Senior Lawyer position at LegalVision is an exciting opportunity to redefine commercial law delivery in Australia. You'll be responsible for

Building and owning client relationships

You'll be the primary point of contact for your clients, acting as their trusted business adviser. Beyond delivering excellent legal work, you'll proactively identify opportunities to add value and help their businesses grow.

Advising across diverse industries and practice areas

Your clients will span tech, healthcare, SaaS, fintech, healthtech, NDIS and other cutting edge and emerging sectors. You'll draft, review and negotiate commercial and IT contracts, advise on intellectual property, licensing and partnership arrangements, and provide guidance on regulatory compliance, privacy law and consumer law matters.

Developing your team

You'll work with your Practice Leader to manage, mentor and train junior lawyers and graduates, helping them develop their technical skills and commercial judgment. This is a unique opportunity to build management skills early on in your career.
