You'll be responsible for

Leading operational food elements

Overseeing all operational food elements for refurbishment and relaunch projects, ensuring effective execution post-go-live.

Supporting venue training

Assisting Head Chefs and training teams in executing new menus and ensuring kitchen readiness.

Implementing ALH Standards

Ensuring all kitchen safety processes are up to date and aligned with new menus across refurbished kitchens.

Key criteria

👨‍ Chefs Hat

10+ years as a senior chef

Proven experience in senior chef roles within pub environments.
