Managing regulatory litigation
Manage regulatory litigation where enforcement proceedings are commenced, including review of all court documentation, evidence and preparation for legal proceedings.🧠
Leading legal analysis
Lead the legal analysis of issues arising from regulatory responses and advise on appropriate steps including risk mitigation.🤝
Engaging stakeholders
Lead effective and thoughtful engagement with key stakeholders across the Group to provide proactive insights on regulatory enforcement and build awareness of regulatory risks.Key criteria

10+ years of legal experience
Proven experience as a senior lawyer in financial services or litigation.View

Tertiary qualifications in Law
Admitted to practice in NSW or another State or Territory.View
