Drafting and negotiating contracts
Independently draft, review, and negotiate offtake agreements and various contracts supporting community battery development.🧭
Providing strategic legal guidance
Offer strategic legal advice on complex commercial arrangements, ensuring robust legal foundations for the business.🔧
Driving continuous improvement
Develop tools and processes to enhance the efficiency of the Legal & Governance function, reducing complexity and cost.Key criteria
