You'll be responsible for

Owning lifecycle strategy

Owns lifecycle strategy across the full customer journey, defining and optimising how Flybuys drives acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation.

Translating customer insights

Translates customer insight, behavioural data and commercial priorities into a scalable lifecycle growth system that improves engagement, usage, retention and value creation.

Building lifecycle capability

Builds lifecycle capability, standards and ways of working to enhance team performance and customer experience.
