You'll be responsible for

Acting as a subject matter expert
Act as a subject matter expert across key RBS regulatory regimes including consumer protection, credit, payments, digital, data, conduct and customer fairness obligations.💬
Providing clear compliance advice
Pro-actively engage with business teams and provide clear, quality and decision-enabling advice to achieve compliance outcomes and mitigate risk.🔍
Identifying regulatory risks
Identify emerging regulatory risks, enforcement trends and systemic issues, translating these into proactive advice and uplift opportunities.Key criteria
