Lead up to 4-5 high-performing IP claims teams to deliver fair, timely and consistent outcomes aligned to policy, customer and regulatory expectations.🏗️

Build leadership and technical capability across Team Managers and consultants, enabling confident decision-making and progression of delegated authorities.📊
Driving assessment quality
