Managing reports
Managing reports made to CBA’s SpeakUP channels, including assessing their eligibility to be considered as whistleblower disclosures under the CBA Group Whistleblower Policy and referring reports to an appropriate team for management or investigation.📈
Analyzing data
Analyzing data and preparing reports for CBA Committees, senior leaders and other stakeholders.🔍
Conducting quality assurance reviews
Conducting quality assurance reviews of whistleblower investigations to ensure investigations are completed in line with policy and procedural requirements.Key criteria
🎓
Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields
Possession of qualifications in investigations, legal, risk, or compliance.View

5+ years in whistleblower programs or investigations
Experience managing whistleblower programs or similar investigations.View

Data analytics proficiency
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis.View
