You'll be responsible for

Leading strategic relationships

Overseeing the RBA’s engagement with the Asian Pacific region and leading the Bank’s broader technical assistance program.

Contributing to strategic direction

Being part of the Department’s senior leadership team and contributing to its strategic direction.

Collaborating across departments

Drawing on expertise to address current economic and policy questions in a collaborative cross-functional department.

Skills you'll need

💼

Understanding of economic and financial issues

An understanding of the economic and financial issues facing the South Pacific, especially correspondent and retail banking issues.
🌍

Knowledge of global financial architecture

Working knowledge of global financial architecture and international relations.
🤝

Leadership and interpersonal skills

Experience leading, developing, and motivating a unit and/or teams, with excellent interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
