You'll be responsible for

Engaging in Private Equity/M&A tax advisory work
Work on a diverse range of Private Equity/M&A tax advisory tasks including tax due diligence and transaction structuring.📞
Liaising with stakeholders
Act as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders on transactions, directly liaising with clients and other service providers.🤗
Building client relationships
Develop enduring relationships with clients to enhance professional practice and service delivery.What we're looking for

4-8 years of M&A tax experience
Demonstrated experience in M&A/Deals Advisory tax practices.View fit

Relevant tertiary qualifications
