You'll be responsible for

Engaging in tax advisory work
Working on the full spectrum of Private Equity/M&A tax advisory work including tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and fund structuring.📞
Liaising with stakeholders
Acting as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders on transactions, directly liaising with clients and other service providers.🤗
Building client relationships
Developing enduring relationships with clients to enhance professional practice and collaboration.What we're looking for
📊
4-8 years of Australian tax experience
Experience in M&A/Deals Advisory at a Big 4 or mid-tier firm.View fit
🎓
Tertiary qualifications and professional certifications
Qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, or Law with CA, CTA, or legal credentials.View fit

Commercial understanding of M&A transactions
