Lead the design of platform capabilities across regulatory change, tax obligations, fraud detection and scams prevention initiatives, ensuring alignment to business, customer, risk and technology needs.

Defining future-state solutions

Define future-state platform journeys, workflows, operating models, controls, integration points and data requirements that support compliant, secure and auditable outcomes.

Translating complex requirements

Translate complex regulatory, tax, fraud and scams prevention requirements into solution design artefacts.
