Identify, assess and prioritise opportunities for AI, automation, workflow optimisation and digital enablement to improve service outcomes.

Partnering with stakeholders

Partner with technology, operations, product, risk and compliance teams to ensure AI and automation solutions are practical, governed, safe and fit for purpose.
