You'll be responsible for

Developing domain knowledge

You will develop an in-depth understanding of domain knowledge across platform products, linking the dots and seeing the big picture as we develop additional multidisciplinary projects.

Owning strategic design projects

As a designer-in-the-arena, you will be hands-on and own strategic design projects that shape key customer experiences.

Leading a design team

You will lead a team of product designers, providing mentorship to help them grow their skills and setting clear career paths.

Skills you'll need

UX/Product design

8+ years of experience as a UX/Product designer, including 4+ years in a leadership job managing designers.

Project management

Solid track record of project management and delivery in a fast-paced tech start-up environment.

Design tools expertise

Expertise with design tools like Figma and strong visual design sensibility.
