You'll be responsible for

Leading the AI Revolution in Feedback

Own the strategy and execution of AI Follow-Ups and Conversational AI, turning traditional surveys into semi-structured, agentic interviews that capture high-quality qualitative data.
⚙️

Modernizing the Core

Drive the successful GA launch of our new Survey Designer, migrating from legacy systems to a flexible, scalable architecture that supports matrix questions, branching, and custom scales.
📚

Building the "Source of Truth"

Lead the Question Library initiative, create a unified database that understands the meaning and relationships between questions across our entire platform.

Skills you'll need

🛠️

Senior-level Product Mastery

Proven experience managing complex B2B SaaS products, ideally with a focus on configuration, logic-heavy workflows, or data-driven platforms.
🤖

AI/ML Fluency

A deep interest in (or experience with) LLMs and Prompt Engineering. You understand how to use AI to solve human problems, like automated translations or dynamic probing.

User-Centric Mindset

A passion for UX—you care just as much about the "Admin experience" of setting up a survey as you do about the "Employee experience" of completing one.
