Partner with Vanta’s GTM leaders, People Business Partners, and C-suite to prioritize hiring needs, monitor and report on progress, and manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships globally.

Building recruiting strategies

Build, develop, and innovate unique strategies to ensure all GTM recruiting functions are able to hit quarterly hiring goals.

Demonstrated experience in business recruiting, including 4+ years in management.
