Defining and monitoring MCA’s technology, cyber and AI risk profile
Including identification, assessment and remediation of operational and compliance risks.💡
Providing trusted, pragmatic risk advice
Balancing innovation, speed and control for senior MCA stakeholders.🛠️
Leading and embedding effective risk and control practices
Including Issues and Incidents, RCSAs, CSAs and Change Management Risk Standard (CMRS) deliverables.Key criteria
