Co-owning S&OP strategy
Co-own the development and implementation of S&OP strategy, and results (Project Optimus $21M saving across 5 years) in collaboration with the S&OP LT.📈
Engaging with business units
Actively engage with the business units to ensure the effective deployment of the S&OP strategy and monitoring of performance.🔄
Driving change management
Own the change management and adoption, partnering with functional leads.Key criteria
