Leading the design, implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide stakeholder engagement frameworks, governance and processes.

Setting strategic direction

Setting the strategic direction for how Medibank engages with external stakeholders, advocacy objectives and risk appetite.

Building stakeholder relationships

Building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across government, industry and the broader health sector to support Medibank’s strategic objectives.
