You'll be responsible for

Overseeing Transformation Program

Managing the Transformation Program across Virgin Australia Group, including regional airline VARA and loyalty program Velocity.

Reporting to Executive Leaders

Owning Executive Leader and Board reporting for Transformation and providing strategic insights.
🚀

Supporting Strategic Initiatives

Supporting and driving development of select strategic initiatives that impact the overall Transformation Program.

Skills you'll need

Management Consulting

Significant background and experience in Management Consulting and Business Strategy development.

Stakeholder Management

Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders across large businesses.
📊

Program Management

Previous exposure to or direct experience in Program management, Program reporting, or PMOs.
