Join Journey Beyond, Australia’s leading experiential tourism business, as a Senior Payroll Integrations Specialist. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a crucial role in aligning and integrating payroll processes across newly acquired businesses. Collaborating closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Technology teams, you will ensure a seamless and compliant integration of payroll operations, all while contributing to the memorable experiences Journey Beyond offers.

You'll be responsible for

🚀

Leading payroll integration activities

Lead and manage payroll integration activities from initiation through to implementation, including scoping, planning, governance and risk management.
🗺️

Developing payroll transition roadmap

Develop and execute the roadmap to transition payroll services from TSS arrangements to an in-house operating model.

Designing payroll processes

Design payroll processes, controls and governance frameworks that support compliance and operational excellence.
