Driving project development
Playing a key role in the project team driving the development and implementation of the new Regional Guard program within NSW TrainLink, supporting the introduction of the new regional train fleet.🤝
Partnering with stakeholders
Partnering closely with a wide range of stakeholders including leaders, subject matter experts and operational managers to deliver strategic and practical people solutions that enable business outcomes.📈
Managing change agenda
Leading and supporting the change agenda in a complex operational and industrial environment, ensuring timeframes and obligations are met, risks managed and relationships maintained.Key criteria
