You'll be responsible for

Provide HR advisory services across industrial relations, employee relations and complex case management matters.

Supporting leaders and staff

Support leaders and staff with advice on workplace matters, policy interpretation and people management practices.

Building effective relationships

Build effective working relationships with Members, managers and staff across the parliamentary precinct and electorate offices.
