Provide HR advisory services across industrial relations, employee relations and complex case management matters.👥
Supporting leaders and staff
Support leaders and staff with advice on workplace matters, policy interpretation and people management practices.🌐
Building effective relationships
Build effective working relationships with Members, managers and staff across the parliamentary precinct and electorate offices.Key criteria

Demonstrated experience in complex organisational environments.View
