Developing care plans for personal self-care, general house cleaning, social support, respite, transport, and shopping assistance.

Managing client information

Keeping all details and case notes up to date in CRM & CMS.

Engaging in ongoing care discussions

Planning, assessment, reviews, and evaluating goals and outcomes in consultation with the care team.

Key criteria

Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent

Essential qualification for providing quality personal care.

Current Australian Driver's Licence
