Providing secretariat support to AGCG
As part of the Listings Policy team, provide secretariat support to the AGCG and support ASX’s responsibilities and objectives as issuer of the Principles.📊
Developing corporate governance standards
Work as part of a team to develop corporate governance standards for ASX-listed entities, including drafting recommendations, consultation papers and amendments to the Principles.📣
Leading stakeholder engagement
Lead stakeholder engagement activities, including managing public consultation processes and the collation and review of feedback from listed entities, investors, regulators, and industry bodies.What we're looking for
