Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify strategic requirements and align business and technology outcomes with UNSW's LMS strategic objectives.

Designing business processes

Designing and documenting 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes and solution models that span multiple systems and functional units.

10+ years in business process analysis within large organisations.
