Own process design within your stream, ensuring high-quality, detailed process models are delivered on time and aligned to enterprise architecture and governance standards.📝
Facilitating workshops
Engage with business SMEs to document current-state and design future-state processes, translating architecture into reality.🌱
Coaching and uplifting capability
Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to Process Designers, supporting capability uplift through feedback and on-the-job development.Key criteria

5+ years of process design experience
Demonstrated experience in BPM or process improvement roles.View
