Deliver high-quality, timely and cost-effective recruitment services, ensuring the successful attraction, assessment and placement of talent across the business.

Managing recruitment lifecycle

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in accordance with established policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

Building talent networks

Build and maintain strong talent networks through proactive sourcing, industry networking and relationship management activities.

End-to-end recruitment experience

5+ years in recruitment within mining or heavy industry.
