You'll be responsible for

Assessing logged issues

Assessing logged issues and liaising with stakeholders to solve problems and recommend modifications to improve system effectiveness.

Supporting transitions

Supporting the transition of enhancements and fixes from development and testing environments into production, ensuring a seamless process.
🛠️

Contributing to support and maintenance

Contributing to the support and maintenance of the Department's Finance ERP SAP solution in accordance with strict standards.
