You'll be responsible for

Providing supervision and management of school-based wellbeing staff
Overseeing and guiding wellbeing staff in schools to ensure effective support for students.📝
Coordinating the creation and maintenance of procedures and documentation
Working with the Senior Advisor team and regional manager to develop and maintain essential documentation.🤝
Collaborating with other disciplines within the wellbeing workforce
Aligning policies and practices across the team to enhance overall effectiveness.What we're looking for
