You'll be responsible for

Providing family therapy

Involves providing family therapy to complex family systems, focusing on Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT).

Delivering group therapy

Facilitating group therapy alongside multidisciplinary colleagues using interpersonal skills for consumer-focused care.
🧑‍🏫

Clinical supervision

Supporting clinical supervision and departmental meetings with an emphasis on strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.

Skills you'll need

🧑‍⚕️

Social Work

A Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
📋

Clinical Experience

Evidence of extensive clinical experience, including experience as a Level 2 Social Worker.

Leadership

Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, complete and share quality improvement activities or service evaluation processes.
