Providing senior clinical leadership
Working closely with the Social Care Team Leader to ensure high-quality patient care and support for the social work team.🏥
Optimising patient care delivery
Leading quality initiatives to enhance service provision and patient outcomes within the Forensic Hospital.📈
Mentoring and developing staff
Supporting and guiding Social Workers and other staff to foster professional growth and improve service delivery.Key criteria
🎓
Tertiary qualification in social work
Possession of a relevant degree and AASW membership.View

3+ years clinical experience
Demonstrated experience in clinical settings at Level 2 or higher.View

Leadership and mentoring skills
Experience supporting and developing social work staff.View
