Providing clinical leadership
Working closely with the Social Care Team Leader to deliver senior clinical leadership within social work, optimizing patient care delivery.🤝
Mentoring staff
Supporting, mentoring, and developing Social Workers and other staff within the Forensic Hospital and wider Forensic Mental Health system.🔄
Relieving Team Leader
Relieving the Social Care Team Leader during periods of leave, ensuring continuity of care and leadership.Key criteria
🎓
Tertiary qualification in social work
Possession of a relevant degree and AASW membership.View
🩺
3+ years clinical experience
Demonstrated experience in clinical settings at Level 2 or higher.View
👥
Leadership and mentoring skills
Experience supporting and developing social work staff.View
