You'll be responsible for

Conducting Local Court proceedings
Appearing in complex Local Court proceedings including bail and arrest, directions hearings, and youth prosecutions.⚖️
Instructing in Supreme Court trials
Providing instructions and support during trials in the Supreme Court.📜
Managing appeals and hearings
Handling appeals and various hearings, ensuring thorough preparation and representation.Key criteria
