Leading and coordinating work fronts
Leading and coordinating multiple work fronts, crews and subcontractors to ensure project delivery.đïž
Planning upcoming works
Planning upcoming works, resources, plant and equipment with Engineers to maintain project timelines.đĄïž
Preparing safety documentation
Preparing and implementing Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), task hazard reviews and safety activities to uphold safety standards.Key criteria

Extensive civil construction supervision experience
Demonstrated experience supervising civil construction works across multiple trades.View

Strong understanding of WHS and quality requirements
Proven knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety, environmental, and quality standards.View

Ability to interpret construction drawings
Experience interpreting drawings, Inspection Test Plans, and detailed construction programs.View
