You'll be responsible for

Deliver quality child protection service delivery consistent with legislation, departmental policies, and best practice Human Resource principles.

Developing service responses

In conjunction with the Service Centre Manager, create appropriate service responses to meet the identified needs of clients.

Fostering a culture of excellence

Encourage cooperation, teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality people management within the service team.
