Providing leadership and management of staff
Deliver quality child protection service delivery consistent with legislation, departmental policies, practice guidelines, and statutory responsibilities while adhering to best practice Human Resource principles.🛠️
Developing appropriate service responses
In conjunction with the Service Centre Manager, create tailored service responses to meet the identified needs of clients, including children, young people, families, and the community.🌟
Fostering a culture of excellence
Promote cooperation, teamwork, and high-quality people management to ensure the service team aligns with the department's vision, values, and priorities.What we're looking for
