You'll be responsible for

Simplifying complex concepts

Translate complex concepts and processes into easy-to-understand language and visuals, including customer-facing presentation packs, to help industry stakeholders understand planning, build, and test requirements as part of integrating into the new CHESS system.

Developing industry test artefacts

Produce publication-quality documentation and presentation materials, including the industry testing strategy, operational readiness guides, business & technical specifications, user manuals, technical guides, FAQs, and complex presentation packs tailored for external audiences.
🤝

Collaborating and managing stakeholders

Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs), senior stakeholders, and various teams across the organisation throughout the documentation and presentation development process, including content creation, review and approval, and publication of presentation materials for industry participants.

Five years of technical writing experience

Demonstrated experience in technical content development for external stakeholders.
