You'll be responsible for

Providing psychosocial support
Providing advanced psychosocial support to young people aged 16–25 engaged in the Youth Outreach Recovery Service and Youth Residential Rehabilitation programs.🗂️
Guiding practice
Providing day-to-day practice guidance, support, and delegation of tasks to workers across both programs as directed by the Team Leader.👥
Assuming Team Leader responsibilities
Assuming delegated Team Leader responsibilities when the Team Leader is on approved leave to ensure continuity of service delivery.Key criteria

Experience in youth mental health
Proven experience working in the youth mental health sector.View
