About the job

The Senior Youth Worker job is all about providing essential supervision and support to young people involved in youth justice interventions. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that young people receive the guidance they need to reintegrate into the community successfully. Collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team and adherence to best practices are key to creating a positive impact in the lives of these young individuals.

You'll be responsible for

Providing supervision and support

Offering supervision and support to young people to assist with their compliance with court orders and reintegration into the community.

Developing work rosters

Creating weekly work rosters that match young people subject to youth justice orders with appropriate youth workers.
👥

Participating in multi-disciplinary teams

Engaging productively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve quality casework outcomes.
